Chloride Utilities / Patches: Problems are diagnosed, fixed, and updates are posted here. Usually a Service Information Bulletin will document the reason for the fix.

File Viewing Software: If you do not have the proper software on your computer to view some types of files (MS PowerPoint or Adobe .pdf files), look for a free copy of the viewing software here.

Procedure Documents: These documents outline procedures and offer directions for performing website related operations. If you are unsure how to do something look here. If it's not covered here please let us know.

Product Leaflets: Printer friendly guides to our products. They contain an overview of product information, and application situations.

Release Notes: During the development of products many changes are made. These files list the changes to each product from version to version. Use these to answer specific questions about version specific features and other questions.

Software: UPS Monitoring Programs. All files of this type are current versions. Most of these files will have a demo version you can try before you order it.

Supplimental Installation Notes: These documents outline installation procedures for our software/hardware. Typically they are specific to a particular UPS type.

Technical Notes: Supplemental guides to using our software. They are extensions to the User Manual and other product documentation. For example, information such as detailed installation guides and protocol/standards documents can be found here.

Third Party Utilities / Patches: Files of this type are programs that can be used in conjunction with our software. These are not updates as much as they are additional programs/scripts that may be required to use our software in certain situations.

User Manuals: Instructions for using our software. These guides include information on Setup, Installation, Configuration, and troubleshooting. Multiple languages are often offered so confirm you are downloading the correct language file.
